Camlough Lake Water Festival 2013

August 23-24-25, 2013

The highlight of the Camlough Lake Water Festival weekend is the Open Water Polo  Tournament sponsored by Erdinger and McGill Financial Services which will attract Male and  Female water polo teams  from all over the country.  The competition  starts at 19.00 hours on the Friday evening and runs to Saturday evening where the final is held in flood light conditions.  The atmosphere can  be amazing drawing crowds from all over.

Winning Male and Female teams win £100 as well at taking the Erdinger Beer Cup home.  Free BBQ For water polo teams on the Saturday evening and some music.

Entry fee £100 inc team camping and BBQ.  Enter online for a limited time only for 10% discount on entry fee

Gergely Kiss at the the U14 Mixed Cup, Galway!

Gergely Kiss the Hungarian Water Polo captain and 3 time Olympic Gold medalist is back in Ireland once again. Although this time not to compete but to promote the U14 Mixed All Ireland Championship in Galway on 23/24 March.

Gergely will give a masterclass in the pool for the junior players and hold question and answer sessions with everyone throughout the weekend. This is an outstanding opportunity for everyone involved in water polo to watch and get advice from a world class player.

Irish Senior Squad INFO!!

There will be an open Irish Seniors Men’s session on Sunday 14^th April from 13.00 to 16.00 in NAC ,this will be the first get together under the new Irish Senior Men’s Coach Michael Banks at this session he will outline the plans for the forthcoming 6 nations tournament in Switzerland . We would encourage any & all players to make an effort and attend this session.
